England face a tough qualification group which
includes last year's third placed team Italy. They are joined by Russia and Bulgaria in group seven.
Elsewhere, last year's winners Turkey will take on France, Czech Republic and Denmark in group three.
Group one sees Holland, who came third in the FIFA under-17 World Championships 2004, meet Germany, Finland and
Northern Ireland.
